Butts & Guts (30 min)-Train and tighten all regions of the lower body and core with this toning class. Workout will focus on the abs, glutes, legs, and lower back using light weights and body resistance.
Cardio Jam (30 min)- If you like classes like zumba where you are able to let loose with dance movement, this class is for you! Come dance the workout away with new and old school music. This will get your heart rate up and you’ll have a blast doing it!
Full Body Blitz- (30 min)-Upper body, Lower body, abs & a final stretch. Torch calories and challenge your core.
H.I.I.T- (45 min) High Intensity Interval Training is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover.
INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED
Kettlebell- (45 min)- Kettlebells are a Russian strength and conditioning tool that are rapidly taking over the health and fitness world. Nothing does the job more effectively and efficiently than kettlebell.
Kickin It (45min)-a combination of cardio, boxing and marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you.
Simply Strength (45 min)-This class incorporates weights, bands, and balls to define, strengthen, and shape your muscles.

Insanity (45 min)-This class will push you past your limits with plyometric drills on top of non stop intervals of strength, power resistance, and ab training. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED. Class will be coming soon
